Cold~Front

Yesterday the heat was brutal, 105 indoors. Someday soon we'll get our AC fixed, but for last night I dragged the big mattress out to the living room & the kids & I camped out with the dogs.

It's so much nicer having a mattress where the rug normally is. After the boy got off to school, I snuggled up with my best girl and we took in a little sesame street.

 

It was fascinating, for about 5 minutes. Dave and I reminisced about a time when Buggies was all about the 'Em~mo', Izzy had some nums and snoozed.

Notice the long sleeves? It's cooled off considerably low 70s-low 90s. Time to make some vegan stew & bust out the hoodies!
